• Delivery speed

All payments must be completed before final publication of promotional content.

4. Content Delivery & Approval

Upon payment confirmation, Afrinicki will:

1. Create promotional content within the stated delivery timeline

2. Provide the client with a sample for review (if applicable)

3. Post the content publicly only after final approval and full payment

Clients are responsible for timely responses during reviews.

5. No Guaranteed Results

While Afrinicki promotes content to active followings on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as:

• Sales

• Streams

• Views

• Follower growth

• Virality

• Engagement metrics

Results vary based on audience behavior, algorithm factors, and industry dynamics.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and influencer-based services:

• Refunds are generally not provided

• Refunds may be considered only if a service has not started or cannot be fulfilled on our end

Once work has begun or content has been posted, no refunds will be issued.

7. Client Conduct

Clients agree not to use the Afrinicki platform for:

• Illegal activities

• Hate speech or harassment

• Fraudulent promotions

8. Intellectual Property
